A well-cared-for mouth is part of everyday wellbeing. In our Pet Spa in Milan we offer an oral care service for dogs and cats, always preceded by a preliminary assessment and carried out calmly, respecting each animal’s pace.

Before you book
If you notice pain, red or bleeding gums, loose teeth, difficulty eating or visible tartar, please see your vet first. Our service does not replace a veterinary visit, diagnosis or dental cleaning.
How it works
- Preliminary assessment. We look at your animal’s cooperation and condition and explain what the service can include. We’ll tell you honestly if it isn’t suitable.
- The treatment. We work gently, with breaks when needed. If your animal isn’t relaxed, we stop.
- Tips for home. We share a few simple suggestions for daily oral care.
Indicative duration: about 30 minutes. Duration and feasibility depend on the individual animal. We cannot guarantee tartar removal or that the service suits every animal.
The quote
The cost depends on size and the animal’s condition. After the preliminary assessment we tell you the price, before we start.
You can combine this service with dog grooming or cat grooming in the same appointment.

Is anaesthesia needed?
No, our service involves no anaesthesia or sedation. That’s exactly why we only proceed if the animal cooperates, without restraining or forcing.
Does it replace a cleaning at the vet?
No. It is a care and maintenance service, not a veterinary procedure. For problems with teeth or gums, your vet is always the reference.
How often should it be done?
It depends on your animal’s mouth and habits. We’ll discuss it together after the first session.
Can cats have it too?
Yes, if the cat is calm enough. We assess it together during the preliminary assessment.
What should I tell you before the appointment?
Let us know if your animal has health issues, takes medication or has had mouth surgery.
